JAKARTA, January 1st, 2022 – On 4 December 2021, the Mount Semeru in Lumajang Regency, East Java Province, erupted.

Mud and ash swallowed houses and forced nearly 10,000 residents to seek refuge in evacuation camps.

Nevertheless, these evacuation camps are struggling to replenish and fulfill everyday necessities of the survivors.

In response, many parties have taken the initiative to participate in relief efforts by sending donations to the evacuation camps.

Similarly, PT Cipta Aneka Selera (CAS Group) expressed its deep condolences for this disaster.

Through its CAS Peduli program, CAS Group delivered donation to help survivors. The donation delivered included ready-to-eat food from Yasaka Fried Chicken, clean water, in addition to sanitary products.

Above all, CAS Group hopes that this donation can contribute to the recovery process.
